Happy Bastille Day!

Not that I am French, or been to France, or really want to go to France, but I thought I'd make the husband and I profiteroles with créme pâtissiére filling in light of this French national holiday.

  2. Thank you, they are suprisingly easy to make. and they are only made with water, butter, flour and eggs, so if all fails, no big deal to start again.

    You should definitly give them a go :)
